how does this work?
I create a tailored program based on your current health, fitness and lifestyle. We work together to set goals that are achievable and realistic for you, and we adjust them as you progress. In-person training sessions are available in the SF Bay Area; outside of that area I’ve had success working with clients via video calls.
the exercises
We have a lot of options. Here are some of the elements I’ve found to be most effective.
Training formats: Resistance training, bodyweight training, functional fitness training, core stabilization and strength training
Gear we might use: Resistance bands, foam rollers, dumbbells, balance pads, stability ball, jump rope, furniture you already own for props (e.g., couch, chair, stepping stool), and even using your own body weight and balance
Workout settings: The comfort of your own home or outdoors
session length and frequency
Each session is one hour — in-person or via video call. The first session includes a body assessment, goal setting and mini-workout; for this reason, I recommend that the first session be in-person. Most clients see me one to two times per week, especially when they want faster results.

First session: $70 (one time discount for new clients)
Single session: $95
10-session package: $875
Want to work out with friends? Two people and small group sessions are also available upon request.
important details
Cancellations: All cancellations require 24 hours notice by either party. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a session you’ll be charged the full amount for the scheduled appointment
Expiration: Packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase
