hi, i'm julia

what inspires me to do this

I've spent my adult life working in the corporate world — usually either at a desk, in a car driving to see clients or sitting in meetings. That's probably not what you were expecting me to lead with here. But it's exactly why I understand how hard it can be to get motivated and to stick with a fitness program. We're often busy and tired. But for those reasons, we're also desperately in need of a way to balance ourselves out. We need a way to fit fitness into our lives. And that's where I come in.

Working with people to create and achieve goals is incredibly meaningful to me because I’ve seen how fitness has transformed my clients’ lives. I’m talking about the women with osteoporosis who is stronger now, the new mom who feels more confident after shaking the post-baby weight, the yogi who’s so proud that she finally started running, and the newbie who wonders where fitness has been his whole life.

my fitness philosophy

I believe in creating meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes through health and fitness. I give you the tools for long-term success so you can protect your body over time and help ensure long-term mobility. I teach you exercises that can be done anywhere — which is especially great if you travel a lot, can’t easily get to a gym or plain old just don’t like the gym. We can also work together on training your muscles to support other activities you love, or new ones you want to try like hiking or running.
